Research & Entertainment Only
Every metric, projection, ranking, and tier shown anywhere in Blindside Alpha is a statistical estimate – never a guaranteed outcome. Nothing in this product is investment advice, wagering advice, or a recommendation to bet money. If you use any output from this product as input to a wager, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Acceptable Use
- 01One account per person. No bot, automated scraping, or programmatic access accounts.
- 02Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or probe authentication or data access controls.
- 03Do not publish private reels or roster data belonging to other users without their consent.
- 04Do not embed or redistribute Blindside Alpha content commercially without written permission.
- 05Do not use the platform in any way that could reasonably be construed as operating a paid-picks or wagering service.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email account secure. We authenticate via one-time magic links – if someone else gains access to your email, they can sign in as you. We cannot recover data or reverse actions taken by someone who authenticated through your email.
Intellectual Property
The Blindside Alpha name, interface, and proprietary analytics are owned by Ignacius Holdings LLC. Underlying NFL play-by-play data is publicly sourced. You may use outputs for personal, non-commercial fantasy research. You may not republish or resell proprietary metrics or the interface.
Service Availability
We target high uptime but make no SLA commitments. The platform is provided as-is; scheduled maintenance windows may result in brief unavailability. Paid subscribers who experience extended downtime can request prorated credit by emailing support.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@blindsidealpha.com. Upon closure, your personal data will be deleted within 7 days per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Blindside Alpha is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignacius Holdings LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to wagering losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Changes to These Terms
We will update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the home page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
